Planned Hospitalization The patient needs to submit the authorization letter to the TPA department. Stipulated deposit needs to be paid , in case the authorization letter is not submitted. Emergency Hospitalization In case of emergency, cashless admission can be granted on producing valid identity card/ policy copy. The patient should submit the authorization letter from the TPA before discharge or on next working day whichever is earlier. Stipulated deposit needs to be paid incase authorization letter is not submitted.
